- FOR THE CRUST:
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 sticks Cold Butter

- FOR THE LEMON FILLING:
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 whole Lemons, Zest And Juice
- 1/3 cups Powdered Sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

2For the crust: Add 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and butter into a mixing bowl. Cut the mixture together with a pastry cutter until well blended. Press into the prepared pan and cook for 25 minutes or until slightly golden brown.

3While the crust is cooking, make the lemon layer. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and salt with a fork. Mix in the remaining flour, granulated sugar, lemon zest and juice. Pour over the hot crust and bake for another 25 minutes.

4Cool completely and dust with the remaining 1/3 cup of powdered sugar using a sifter. Cut into bars and enjoy!

5These can be made a day before serving.
