- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. oil
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1In large bowl, add the lemon cake mix, eggs, lemon Jell-O, oil and water, mixing thoroughly. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Pierce with fork all over top of cake. Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice. Pour all over top of cake while hot. The longer this cake stands, the better it tastes.
