  • 2 bags slaw cut cabbage
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large red pepper chopped or small jar pimentos
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 cups vinegar of choice
  • 7 tablespoons Sweet and Low
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Put cabbage, peppers and onion in a bowl and set aside.

    In a pot bring to boil vinegar, Sweet and Low|, celery seed, mustard seed, and salt.

    Cool slightly. Pour over cabbage mixture. Let stand in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
