- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk, 2% low fat
- 23 cup vegetable shortening liquidt
- 2 large eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

2Grease and flour a 13 X 9 inch cake pan.

3Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended.

4Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 miutes.
