  • 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 1/4 cup fructose granulated, or other sugar replacement
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk, 2% low fat
  • 23 cup vegetable shortening liquidt
  • 2 large eggs

    Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

    Grease and flour a 13 X 9 inch cake pan.

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended.

    Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 miutes.
