- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup unbleached white flour
- 12 cup water
- 1 garlic clove
- 13 cup lemon juice
Directions

1Place olive oil, turmeric, salt and flour in blender.

2Add water and blend until smooth.

3Put blended mixture in saucepan and cook until thickened.

4Return sauce to blender and add garlic.

5While blending, slowly add the lemon juice.

6Pour into jars and refrigerate until chilled and thickened.
