  • 1/4 liter water or milk
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 1 banana

    Boil water in a pot, add some cinnamon

    Cut the banana into little peaces

    When the water has boiled add the oat meal and the bananas (or whatever fruits you prefer)

    If you don't mind the calories, you can also add raisins and chocolate chips :)

    Let it cook until the water has been completely soaked up (it usually takes about 10 minutes on medium heat)
