- 1 c. pineapple or orange juice
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey or light corn syrup
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika

1Put all ingredients into jar.

2Cap the jar and shake vigorously.

4Shake again just before serving.

5Can be used as dressing for apples, pears and bananas because the citrus juice keeps them from turning brown.
