- 8 oz. lite Cool Whip
- 12 oz. lite cottage cheese
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free orange jello
- 1/2 pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
Directions

1Mix Cool Whip and cottage cheese.

2Sprinkle orange jello over it and mix well.

3Mix pineapple with oranges and add 1/2 box of pudding.

4Mix with the mixture of Cool Whip and cottage cheese. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
