  • 2/3 c. low calorie cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 c. skim milk
  • onion salt and garlic salt to taste

Directions

    Will keep until expiration date on cottage cheese.

    Dip is especially good with cucumbers, celery, cauliflower and carrots.
