- mozzarella string cheese (5 sticks)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon flour (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

1Set stove top to about medium temp, put your oil in your pan.

2Beat two eggs in a bowl. Mix grated Parmesan, garlic powder together.

3Cut string cheese into halves.

4Dip the string cheese into the egg mixture, then in your Parmesan mixture.

5(Add the flour to the dry mixture.) Then repeat dipping in egg and cheese.

6Fry the cheese for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and ENJOY!
