  • mozzarella string cheese (5 sticks)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon flour (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

    Set stove top to about medium temp, put your oil in your pan.

    Beat two eggs in a bowl. Mix grated Parmesan, garlic powder together.

    Cut string cheese into halves.

    Dip the string cheese into the egg mixture, then in your Parmesan mixture.

    (Add the flour to the dry mixture.) Then repeat dipping in egg and cheese.

    Fry the cheese for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and ENJOY!
