  • 3/4 cups Pork Rind Crumbs
  • 3/4 cups Parmesan Cheese (use The Canned Stuff)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Granulated Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs, Or Other Herbs Of Choice
  • 4 whole Chicken Breasts, Cut In Half
  • 2 whole Eggs, Scrambled Together

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Using a fork, mix dry ingredients together.

    Dip chicken pieces in egg, then coat with the crumb mixture, being sure to cover completely.

    Place on a baking sheet and continue until all pieces of chicken are done.

    Bake for 2025 minutes, until the juices run clear and chicken is white throughout.

    Serve with some salad or green beans almondine.
