- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup now foods erythritol (Powdered)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 1/4 teaspoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons maple extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Directions

1In a microwave safe container, mix your butter, coconut oil, and xanthan gum together. Microwave this for 40-50 seconds.

2Grind erythritol in spice grinder until fine.

3Mix together microwaved oils, water, and powdered erythritol.

4Add vanilla extract, maple extract, and stevia until taste is achieved. Add more water if you need to thin it any more.

5Microwave for 40-60 seconds, stir, and let cool.
