- 1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/8 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix the rest of it and add to the carrot mixture. Stir just to combine.
