- 1 c. low-fat small curd cottage cheese
- 2 c. reduced fat, cholesterol free mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- fresh vegetables for dipping
Directions

1In a medium mixing bowl, beat cottage cheese on low speed of electric mixer until smooth.

2Add mayonnaise, onion, white pepper, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce.

3Mix well.

4Refrigerate, covered, at least 8 hours to let flavor blend.

5Serve with fresh vegetables such as carrot, celery sticks, broccoli and cauliflower.
