  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 3/4 c. yellow corn meal
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 c. egg substitute or egg white
  • 1/3 c. corn oil margarine, melted

Directions

    Sift together the flour, meal, salt, baking powder and soda. Add egg substitute, milk and margarine, stirring only until mixed. Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400° or until brown.
