  • 3 cup macaroni noodles
  • 2 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup liquid egg whites
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cup skim milk
  • 4 oz extra old cheddar
  • 1/2 cup bread crums
  • 4 oz extra old cheddar

    Boil water and start cooking noodles

    Melt the margarine in a small sauce pan

    Wisk in flour

    Keep stirring at medium heat until sauce thickens

    Mix in cheese until melted, then reduce heat to minimum

    Mix egg whites with milk in a bowl with a fork
