- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 c. dates
- 1 1/4 c. nonfat milk
Directions

1Mix bananas, oil, egg whites, dates and dry milk in blender. Blend until smooth and mix with dry ingredients.

2Pour into 12 muffin cups and bake at 425° for 17 to 20 minutes.
