  • 1 bag O'Brien potatoes (Ore-Ida), defrosted
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. crushed corn flakes, fried in butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes.

    Put into a cake pan. Cover with corn flakes.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
