- 1 c. corn oil margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 c. egg substitute
- 3 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. butter extract
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cream the margarine, shortening and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.

2Add egg white; beat well.

3Add egg substitute; beat well.

4Add flour alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.

5Add flavorings.

6Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
