- 1 1/2 cups pastry flour, whole wheat
- 13 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup bran
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup, light
- 1 cup soy milk
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Add margarine and mix well.

3Add the syrup and enough milk to make a loose dough.

4Turn onto a floured board and knead until smooth.

5Roll out into a square with a thickness of about 3/4 inch.

6Cut dough in half, then into quarters and then to eights.

7Bake on a lightly floured baking sheet at 400F (200C) for approximately 20 minutes.

8Cool on a wire rack.

9Split and serve with whole fruit preserves.
