  • 2 c. tub margarine
  • egg substitute equal to 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. skim milk
  • 3 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
