- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1 eggs or 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup low-fat milk
Directions

1Combine cornmeal, flours, Splenda, baking powder, and salt in mixing bowl.

2In second bowl, combine applesauce, milk, and egg.

3Add wet ingredients to dry; stir until combined.

4Pour batter into greased 8 x 8 inch pan.

5Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserts cleanly.
