  • 1 pkg. 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 cans fat-free refried beans
  • 1 to 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 pkg. fat-free Cheddar cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • salsa
  • 1 onion (optional)

Directions

    Spray one side of each tortilla with Pam.

    Stack tortillas on top of each other and wrap with plastic wrap.

    Place tortillas in microwave approximately 1 minute on High.

    Heat beans until warm. On the center of tortilla, spread beans, lettuce, tomato, salsa, onion and cheese in a line about 1/4-inch from one end. Fold side of tortilla, then end, then the other side.

    Place in preheated oven at 345° for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
