  • 1 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 34 cups applesauce
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 34 cups powdered sugar

    Beat the eggs, add the sugar, applesauce, and water.
