- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. reduced calorie margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (15 oz.) carton part-skim Ricotta cheese, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. egg substitute, thawed
- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
Directions

1Mix graham cracker, margarine and 2 tablespoons sugar.

2Press in spring mold pan.

3Mix other ingredients.

4Bake at 250° for 1 hour.

5Turn oven off and let sit until cool.
