  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. reduced calorie margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (15 oz.) carton part-skim Ricotta cheese, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. egg substitute, thawed
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine

Directions

    Mix graham cracker, margarine and 2 tablespoons sugar.

    Press in spring mold pan.

    Mix other ingredients.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour.

    Turn oven off and let sit until cool.

    Remove and refrigerate.
