- 24 each pasta shells, jumbo cooked
- 3 each chicken breasts halves, skinless, boneless
- 1 cup sour cream fat free
- 2 each soup, cream of chicken cans, reduced fat
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds or celery powder
- 2 tablespoons margarine reduced calorie, melted
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs seasoned
Directions

1Boil chicken in salt and pepper.

2Allow to cool, cut into bite size pieces.

3Combine chicken, sour cream, soup and seasonings in mixing bowl, stirring well.

4Place approximately 1 tablespoon in cooked and cooled pasta shell.

5Place 1 teaspoon bread crumbs in casserole dish, drizzle with melted margarine.

6Place shells in casserole dish, sprayed lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

7Bake covered in 350F (180C) oven for 25 minutes.
