  • 1/2 cup green bell peppers chopped
  • 8 ounces chicken ground, extra lean
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup corn niblets canned
  • 1 cup tomatoes canned, diced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce no salt added
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

    Meanwhile, spray large nonstick saucepan or skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

    Brown ground chicken with bell pepper and onion over medium-high heat.
