- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 c. ice cold water
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. ice cubes
Directions

1In blender, combine unflavored gelatin and boiling water. Cover; blend on medium speed until gelatin dissolves.

2Add dry milk and ice water.

3Cover and blend until fluffy; add cocoa, sugar, salt and vanilla.

4Blend until mixed.

5Add ice cubes and blend on high speed until ice is crushed and mixed.

6Let stand 5 minutes until set.

7Spoon into dessert dishes and serve immediately or chill.
