Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breats, cut in strips
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 medium onion, cut in chunks
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 large pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 quart whole tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Cooked Rice

Directions

    Cook chicken until browned

    Mix water, onion, garlic powder and ginger with the cooked chicken.

    Heat to boil, reduce heat.

    Cover and simmer for 5-15 min

    Add the pepper strips during the last 5 min of simmer

    Add whole tomatoes and cook until heated through

    Blend cornstarch, sugar and soy sauce in a separate bowl and stir into meat mixture.

    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.

    Boil and stir for 1 min

    Serve over cooked rice
