- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/4 c. applesauce
- 1 egg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Coat a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

3Mix first eight ingredients in a large bowl.

4In a two-cup measure, mix milk, applesauce and egg.

5Combine liquid and dry ingredients, mixing just to combine.

6Batter will be lumpy.

7Fill muffin cups three-quarters full.

8Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
