- 3/4 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. egg substitute
- 1 c. low-fat buttermilk
- 2 1/2 c. unbleached sifted flour
- 1 tsp. Butter Buds
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
Directions

1Blend molasses, egg substitute and buttermilk together.

2Sift the dry ingredients together and gradually add to liquid ingredients and mix well.

3Pour mixture in a Bundt pan and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes.
