  • 3/4 c. molasses
  • 1/2 c. egg substitute
  • 1 c. low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 c. unbleached sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. Butter Buds
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar

    Blend molasses, egg substitute and buttermilk together.

    Sift the dry ingredients together and gradually add to liquid ingredients and mix well.

    Pour mixture in a Bundt pan and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes.
