Low-Fat Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size bowl fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 small can fat-free spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, shredded
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Fry ground turkey and drain.

    Add rest of ingredients: spaghetti sauce, onion and pepper.

    Boil lasagna noodles (about 6 or 8; I break in half).

    In cake pan, lay noodles in bottom, touching each other.

    Put cottage cheese, then ground turkey mixture, then 3/4 large package of Mozzarella cheese.

    Put another layer of noodles and sprinkle rest of Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Let stand 10 minutes to cool before serving.
