- 1 medium size bowl fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 small can fat-free spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 small onion, shredded
- black pepper to taste
- 1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Fry ground turkey and drain.

2Add rest of ingredients: spaghetti sauce, onion and pepper.

3Boil lasagna noodles (about 6 or 8; I break in half).

4In cake pan, lay noodles in bottom, touching each other.

5Put cottage cheese, then ground turkey mixture, then 3/4 large package of Mozzarella cheese.

6Put another layer of noodles and sprinkle rest of Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Let stand 10 minutes to cool before serving.
