  • 16 ounces fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 16 ounces fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 1 12 lbs 95% lean ground beef
  • 12 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

    Brown ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic.

    Mix egg beaters and FF Ricotta.

    Layer sauce, noodles, ground beef, ricotta mixture, mozzarella.
