  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • Low-fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 or 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. basil leaves
  • 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 carton Egg Beaters
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook noodles as directed on box. Put 4 noodles on bottom of baking dish. Brown hamburger meat. Mix all ingredients of sauce and put half of sauce on top of noodles. Then mix filling and put on top of sauce. Put 4 noodles and remainder of sauce on top. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
