- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Sift flour & salt.

2Combine in measuring cup the oil and water.

3Beat with fork or wisk until thick and creamy.

4Pour over flour all at once.

5Toss and cut with fork until blended.

6Form into ball.

7Save 1/4 of crust.
-
8Roll out 3/4 until it fits your pie pan.

9Place in pan and prick with fork.

10Flute edges.
-
11Roll remaining crust and cut into leaf shapes for top of pie.
