Low-Fat Pie Crust

  • 2/3 c. canola oil, divided
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. 2% milk

Directions

    Mix half of oil with dry ingredients until it resembles cornmeal.

    Add rest of oil and mix until size of peas.

    Add vinegar and milk and mix into dough.

    Roll out between two pieces of waxed paper.

    Makes two pie shells.

    Bake in preheated 450° oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
