- 2/3 c. canola oil, divided
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. 2% milk
Directions

1Mix half of oil with dry ingredients until it resembles cornmeal.

2Add rest of oil and mix until size of peas.

3Add vinegar and milk and mix into dough.

4Roll out between two pieces of waxed paper.

5Makes two pie shells.

6Bake in preheated 450° oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
