- 1 c. sifted unbleached flour
- 1/2 tsp. Butter Buds powder
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. canola oil
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Blend flour with Butter Buds.

2Add oil gradually, mixing with a fork.

3When all of oil is added, work mixture until it is the size of small peas.

4Gradually add just enough water until dough is moist enough to form a ball.

5Roll out and line pie pan.

6If pie is cut in eighths, each serving of crust will have 4 grams fat.
