  • turkey breakfast sausage (low-fat)
  • green peppers, diced
  • onion, diced
  • fat-free shredded Mozzarella
  • fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
  • low-fat spaghetti sauce
  • garlic salt

Directions

    Brown English muffin halves sprinkled with garlic salt under broiler.

    Spread halves with spaghetti sauce.

    Steam onion and green pepper in small amount of water in microwave.

    Brown sausage in skillet, breaking up meat.

    Add sausage, peppers, onion and cheese to taste atop the English muffin halves.

    Bake about 10 minutes at 350°.
