  • 1 can no-fat evaporated milk
  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lite Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 carton Egg Beaters

Directions

    Mix all ingredients 3 minutes. Pour into one 10-inch pie pan and let stand 5 minutes. Cook at 350° for 40 minutes.
