  • 2 c. low-fatt buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 tsp. low-fat or fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. chives
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    Whisk until well blended. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving to let flavors blend.
