- 3 cans pinto beans
- 3 jalapeno peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Finely chop the onion and peppers and mince the garlic.

2Saute in 1 tablespoon oil in a Dutch oven.

3Drain the pinto beans, reserving the fluid.

4Add beans to onion, pepper and garlic and simmer for about 1 hour.

5Mash beans.

6If beans are dry, add reserved fluid.

7Use mixture for burritos, nachos, etc.
