Ingredients
- 3 cups spaghetti cooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup egg beaters
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce homemade or commercial
- 1 pound ground turkey cooked and drained, optional
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bell pepper /chopped
- 1 onion /chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms /chopped
Directions

1Combine spaghetti, oil, Parmesan and eggs.

2Press into 10 inch pie plate to make a crust.

3Top crust with cottage cheese.

4Sweat onions/bell peppers/mushrooms and add to sauce.

5Cook turkey and add to sauce.

6Put sauce over cottage cheese.

7Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

8Cover with shredded cheese and cook for another 5 minutes.
