  • 2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut in spears
  • 2 c. coarsely diced cooked turkey
  • 1 can reduced fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. fat free milk
  • 1/2 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese

    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes.

    Arrange in bottom of sprayed baking dish.

    Top with turkey.

    Combine soup with milk until smooth.
