- 1 qt. 2% milk
- 1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk
- 2 tsp. low-fat natural yogurt
Directions

1Mix milk and dry milk solids in a medium saucepan.

2Heat to scalding (150°); cool to 110°.

3Stir in yogurt.

4Transfer mixture to a glass or crockery bowl.

5Cover with plastic wrap; wrap bowl securely in a heavy bath towel.

6Set in warm place (100° to 125°) for 4 to 6 hours until yogurt has formed.

7Place several layers of paper toweling directly on yogurt; refrigerate covered until cold. Makes about 1 quart.
