  • 10 Tbsp. dry milk
  • 1 qt. cold water
  • 2 Tbsp. yogurt

Directions

    Mix the dry milk and water together and heat to 112°.

    Add the yogurt to each quart.

    Keep warm until yogurt is made, 3 to 12 hours, depending on temperature.

    Don't heat over 115°.
