Lowcal Pineapple Cheese Pie

  • 1 pound cottage cheese (low-fat 1%)
  • 2 each egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 6 packages sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 package gelatin, unflavored unsweetened
  • 3/4 cup pineapple, canned, crushed drained
  • 1 x cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ or crushed cereal

Directions

    Blend cheese, egg whites, sweetener, lemon juice and vanilla in food processor.

    Dissolve geletin in pineapple juice, Blend into cheese mixture.

    Stir in pineapple and cinnamon.

    Spray 9 inch pie plate with Pam.

    Sprinkler wheat germ over.

    Pour in cheese mixture, Bake 30 min.

    at 350.
