- 1 pound cottage cheese (low-fat 1%)
- 2 each egg whites
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 6 packages sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 package gelatin, unflavored unsweetened
- 3/4 cup pineapple, canned, crushed drained
- 1 x cinnamon
- 1/4 cup wheat germ or crushed cereal
Directions

1Blend cheese, egg whites, sweetener, lemon juice and vanilla in food processor.

2Dissolve geletin in pineapple juice, Blend into cheese mixture.

3Stir in pineapple and cinnamon.

4Spray 9 inch pie plate with Pam.

5Sprinkler wheat germ over.

6Pour in cheese mixture, Bake 30 min.
