- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 12 tablespoons white flour
- 1 12 cups skim milk
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a medium saucepan on medium-low heat, cook butter and olive oil until butter melts.

2Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes, be careful not to burn.

3Remove saucepan from heat and add white flour.

4Mix with butter and olive oil until smooth.

5Return saucepan to heat and add milk while continuously stirring.

6Cook on medium heat until mixture is well blended and milk is hot but not boiling.

7Add Parmesan cheese and stir for one minute.

8Cook for 5-10 minutes on med-low heat until desired creaminess is reached.

9Toss sauce with favorite pasta, enjoy!
