- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. firm tofu
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions

1Puree tofu in blender until completely smooth.

2Melt chocolate over double boiler or in microwave.

3Mix the chocolate into the pureed tofu thoroughly.

4Add vanilla to the chocolate tofu mixture.

5Place mixture into graham cracker crust and chill in refrigerator.
