  • 2 head fresh broccoli, broken into florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

    In skillet over medium high, toast sesame seeds until golden brown and fragrant, about 3 minutes.

    be careful not to burn.

    remove sesame seeds and set aside.

    add broccoli, garlic, and soy sauce to skillet.

    cover and cook until crisp - tender, about 5 minutes.

    add sesame oil and stir and cook 1 additional minute.

    Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
