- 2 head fresh broccoli, broken into florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 clove minced garlic
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions

1In skillet over medium high, toast sesame seeds until golden brown and fragrant, about 3 minutes.

2be careful not to burn.

3remove sesame seeds and set aside.

4add broccoli, garlic, and soy sauce to skillet.

5cover and cook until crisp - tender, about 5 minutes.

6add sesame oil and stir and cook 1 additional minute.

7Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
