  • 4 c. cooked, diced chicken
  • 4 c. celery
  • 1 c. slivered almonds
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except the potato chips in a 9 x 15-inch pan.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Cover with the potato chips.
